What is this?

Using the Values Based Integration Process, created by Heather Morgan and written about in Unmasking Autism by Devon Price, I work with fellow neurodivergent folk who want to deepen their sense of self and live out of their own values instead of trying to shape themselves to the expectations of those around them. 

What does it involve?

This short-term coaching process involves 2 one-hour sessions with approximately an hour of independent work ahead of each. There is an optional third session in which we bring your newly identified values to a specific life situation that you are currently facing.  

What does it Cost?

I work with a sliding scale based on what you can afford. My suggestion is to pay me at the rate you are paid. If you want a more specific guideline, $30-60/hr (CAD). 

My story

My own neurodivergent journey began when two of my closest friends received adult ADHD diagnoses. As they shared their stories with me, I couldn’t help but think, “This sounds just like my life!?!?”

I received a diagnosis at the age of 37, and I started meeting with a therapist who specializes in neurodivergence to help integrate this new self-understanding into my life. 

In the fall of 2022, I had the immense privilege of going through Heather Morgan’s Values Based Integration Process coaching training, and immediately put it to work in my own life! Now, I’m delighted to use it to support others with ADHD and/or autism.
